Lembcke - a name with tradition.

Founded in 1915 by Paul Lembcke the grandfather of both owners,
centered in the old part of St.Pauli in the heart of Hamburg.
The Bakery developed over years to a modern and highly efficient company, producing praline, confection, long lasting products and cheese biscuits.
